Irving Park
DescriptionIrving Park is a large, popular shared park located in NE Portland. The park has a lot to offer with lots of trees, picnic tables, tennis and basketball courts, as well as baseball diamonds. The off-leash area is good-sized and adjacent to the NE 7th Ave. side of the park. As with many shared parks, the off-leash area is not fenced but it's a comfortable distance from the neighboring streets. There is water and garbage cans but no poop bags so bring your own. LocationNE 7th Ave. & Fremont St.
